Progress Update II - Company Culture

Today Raphty and David having a look at Raphtys areas of responsibility. How did the recent grant, which enabled us to hire two new employees imact the company? And what have been the big challenges as a result? Raphty talks about a lot of the ground work he has to tackle in regards to company culture: writing down policies & guidelines, getting people all on the same page, deciding between moving to a new office to improve the work environment or rather be keep the burn rate low.
